Before joining Marketing Kitchen, Selva was slinging cocktails and running the floor as a restaurant manager in Paris – five years at Indiana Café will do that to you. He made the leap to Canada in 2017, trading fine dining for factory floors: machine operator at RT Plastic, a year at Amazon, even sorting mail for Canada Post – before finally landing with us. There isn't much this guy hasn't done.

He's still got serious cocktail skills – ask him sometime, you won't regret it – and a big soft spot for football, cheering hard for Paris Saint-Germain. Travel is a passion too, which tracks for someone who's already called two countries home.

And yes, that's really him scaling the warehouse shelving in his photo, full commitment and the biggest smile in the building. Give Selva a challenge – or a rack of shelving – and he'll tackle it with a grin.
